Gesture very much appreciated, Mark.

May it be the beginning of a better time.

  1. Well Rick, it's nice to be charitable, but I've seen Shea pull this kind of all golly gee stuff before. I predict the more publicity TP gets, the more virulent and hysterical he will become, especially when the release date draws near. I wouldn't be surprised if he suffers from a total nervous collapse when he realizes his efforts to stop TP was all for naught.

  2. Ummm...Mark? Is it a good time to talk about your "blocked list"?

  3. This is nice from Mark if well intended. The true intention is the key here, and the statement in itself does not convey it adequately, especially when considered in the historical context. It is Christian to assume the best intentions first.

  4. I had to go see what was so "nice." So here it is:

    For: Steve Skojec, Hilary White, Michael Voris, Rick DeLano, Bob Sungenis…

    …the denizens of the American Catholic blog, and all in that orbit of things:

    The LORD bless you and keep you; the LORD make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; the LORD turn his face toward you and give you peace.

    I ask this in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

    FWIW, an observation:

    This msg was posted the day AFTER May was FINISHED (June 1st, 'not' in May), and the msg itself curiously omits the word "May..." (May? Not.) because it belongs at the beginning, middle and end:

    May the LORD bless you and keep you;
    May the LORD make his face shine on you and be gracious to you;
    May the LORD turn his face toward you and give you peace.

    Not only is "May" entirely missing, but so are the Comments (= 0) ...

    Furthermore, the msg is directed toward "all in that orbit of things." So... what is meant by "that orbit?" and who else is in "that orbit?" and what are these "things?" Does Shea normally enjoy being cryptic, or is this some manner of deliberate ambiguity such that some obscure meaning can be claimed in the future when it becomes convenient? E.g., (I didn't ask 'may the lord'. May was NOT there. It could have been, 'may not the lord', or, by extension, 'may the lord not', &c, &c.)

    P.S. ....................................... (= 0)
